What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and carefully packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment. -
Shipping Time

Please note: all delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During busy periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year), deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to your package.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can easily track your order via the Track Your Order page in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
